Yes, TMA marks will be considered.
This is because,
TMA i. e Tutor Marked Assignment is a part of Stream-I of NIOS and is a part of your nios result too , there are 4 columns in your result the 1st one is for theory marks, the 2nd one is for practical marks and the 3rd one is TMA and the 4th one is for your total marks and as TMA is a part of your total marks, so it will be considered. So, you don't need to worry about that.
Now,
To be eligible for neet,
One must have passed 12th board qualifying examination with physics, chemistry ,biology and English and must have got at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology in 12th examination if belongs to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category.
Your aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology is
= 52 % i. e more than 50% so you are definitely eligible for neet 2021 examination .
Also, to be eligible for neet 2021 ,one has to be at least 17 years or more old by 31st December 2021.
