i passed class 12 in 2018 but i appeared in 2019 for improvement i filled 2019 as passing year and uploaded details of that year in jee mains January 2020 will i face any problem or can i change details in 2020 April exam

The details you have provided in JEE mains January form is correct and you do not need to change because if a candidate is using the marks of his/her improvement exam then the year of passing will the year in which the candidate appeared for the improvement exams. So, you have provided accurate details.
