I passed HS in 2019 from WBCHSE, this year I will drop for preparing NEET, can I get migration certificate next year?? How can I get it??

You wants to take a drop for National eligibility cum entrance examination for 2020.
You can take the drop.
It is a very good decision.

You wants to know about migration certificate.
You can not get migrant certificate for your dropping purpose.
As per the rules of West Bengal council of higher secondary education,a candidate migration certificate only for changing a school.
You completed your schooling education in 2019.
So you can not get migration certificate.

the migration certificate that you get at the time of passing school ,is the one that will be used all the times during college admissions in the future, you dont need a new certificate every time. its validity for usage remains for the rest of life. so , dont worry about it. domicile certificate(the one filled by school) and medical certificate have to redone every time but not T.C and M.C.
