I passed hsc in 2017-18 due to some reason i didn't continue fybcom but now i want to continue fybcom, how can i do??

Every college and university has different criteria for drop outs, you should approach the college you were pursuing your degree and discuss the discussion. Some private colleges allow taking admission in their college with some paperwork.
