I passed my 10 in Delhi and 11 and 12 in maharashtra also have Domicile certificate of maharashtra should I eligible for 85 state quota

Hi Mazharuddin,

The domicile is applicable for reservation only if it is the state where your father belongs/ where you are born and your parents are resident of. If Maharashtra falls under any of these categories then you are eligible

Dear Student,

Glad to inform you that Yes, you're definitely eligible for being benefitted by the 85% state quota of Maharashtra if you have Maharashtra Domicile no matter where you belong from. And as you've pursued your intermediate from Maharashtra you're eligible for student domicile.
