I passed my 12th from delhi,but I have a obc central caste certificate of up, and I am also in the central list, is it valid for dtu,nsut? or I can make from delhi??

Dear student,
You need to get your caste certificate from the state authorities as dtu and nsit are not centrally governed Institutes, they are in the hands of the state. So your caste certificate of up, whether it is issued by the central authorities or not will not be valid here. So get a caste certificate from delhi.
