I think you misspelled the name of university, it is not rajuvyas, it is is RAJUVAS(Rajasthan University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Bikaner). As per the eligibility criteria of UG courses at RAJUVAS, a student must have passed the Senior Secondary (of 10+2 scheme) with Science Biology group from a Statutory Indian Board/University, taken after 12 years of regular study, the last 2 years of study with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology. Now if you had Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology in Class 12th and you have passed 12th from NIOS, there is clearly no problem as NIOS is a recognized board that is known in the whole country.
