Yes, you are definitely eligible to appear for JEE mains 2022 examination if you have passed your class 12th examination from NIOS board in the academic year. You are eligible 6 times over a period of 3 consecutive years for JEE Mains and 2 times for JEE Advance after your 12th.

This minimum percentage barrier in 12th was lifted off the year jee main 2021, if lifted again for jee main 2022 , then NTA will notify about it.
