Hello Swastik Shukla.
I would like to inform you that since you have given a couple of chances and still not upto the mark, you should take admission anyhow this year rather than going for another year drop. As per my experience , out of all the people who went for second drop year only one was able to score 327, because he worked extremely hard, but rest of them almost got more or less the same results including me. So, get an admission in some good college in your choice of course and work hard there.
Yes definitely you can drop for next year as you have completed your 12 th in 2018 so you can give jee in 3 consecutive years ( 2018; 2019 and in 2020 ) .
So there will be no problem at all
But remember the one thing ; according to my knowledge and information you can not give her advanced in next year ; because only two consecutive years are allowed for advanced ( 2018 and 2019 ) in your case.
So good luck
As you have appeared for your boards in 2018. So after taking a drop you appeared for Jee main 2019. Yes you can appear for Jee main 2020. But you cannot appear for Jee advanced 2020. Jee main 2020 will be your last attempt so please prepare well by following the Jee main syllabus.
