I passed my cl 12 in 2017, i reappeared again in 2018 but % ws less thn 75 if i give imprvmnt in 4 subjs in 2019 will i b eligible for jee?

Yes you will be eligible for jee in 2019 . No issues. Your percentage should be good that is more than 75% so that you can easily get admission and no issues regarding percentage are created.. all the best!
