hello yes you can appear for wbjee as eligibility criteria for wbjee is
General category candidates should have secured an aggregate of 45% and reserved category candidates should have scored 40% in the above three subjects taken together to be eligible for WBJEE 2019. All candidates are required to have qualified English in 10+2 with at least 30% marks. The board of the qualifying examination must be recognized by Central and State government concerned.

To become eligible for OJEE 2019, candidates will be required to secure minimum 45% marks in aggregate in their qualifying exam. For SC and ST candidates, the minimum requirement is 40% marks under the same parameter.
