I passed Physics chemistry and biology if I want to take economics as subsidary subject and political science is main subject is it possible reply

This is dependent on the university/college you are taking admission in. In general for Economics there is a eligibility for Mathematics in case of BA courses also. Now you can take the Political Science course as in most university there are no such boundaries for the BA but for economics there can be issue regarding the Mathematics. For that I would recommend you to read the eligibility section of the official brochure of your college and then only fill your choice.
