You haven't mentioned your Category. You need 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology if you belong to General Category. But 40% will do if you belong to OBC,SC,ST. So, if you belong to OBC,SC,ST Categories, then you can appear for NEET based on your 12th marks. But if you belong to General Category, you may have to appear for improvement exams and appear for NEET based on your 12th marks. Your B.Sc qualification or marks are not considered for NEET.
