i passes 12th by UP board 59.4 %....Cn i do bsc CS....is it gud for secure future....is it so then in kanpur which is the best college..??

You can apply in Delhi University for Bsc in Computer Science.
Though you have less chances for admission in DU based on your percentage mentioned.
