I pay forty thousand for admission in B pharmacy through WBJEE 2020.But I now continue my B. sc(Math Honours). How to refund my money?

If you have not applied for any college by paying the fee, then your money will get refunded under the wbjee refund policy. You need to inform them by contacting authorities or by refund application:

If you have taken admission in any of the college , then you need to check the refund policy of that college. Also, the refund process might take upto 2 weeks.
