The eligibility criteria to apply for Maharashtra NEET admission 2021 is as follows ( since you didn't mention it clearly I am answering for NEET counselling)

Domicile: C andidates should be a domicile of Maharashtra state or staying in the state for a minimum of 10 years.

Age: Candidates born on or before December 31, 2020 are eligible for Maharashtra MBBS/BDS admission 2021.

To prove your domicile in any state a candidate needs to either have a permanent residence in the respective state or he or she should have passed his class 12th exams from that state. Since you have passed 12th exams in Maharashtra you can get a domicile certificate.

If you fit into this criteria and have the required documents you are eligible to apply under maharashtra state category.
