Neelkamal with your 92 marks in JEE Advanced exam under the general category tab according to last year cut-off which was 128 marks you will not even able to clear the cut-off which will make you ineligible for the JEE Advanced counselling.
As last year there were faults in the paper so 18 marks were awarded to each student while this time there is no case like this plus the difficulty of the paper was a little high so according to coaching's experts it is expected that the cut-off will go down in comparison to last year and can come up to 105-110 marks. If it falls down according to prediction then also you won't be able to clear the cut-off.
Being optimistic even if the cut-off falls very low such that you clear the cut-off then also your rank will be very low in the general category around 30,000-35,000 which will never fetch you any seat in any of the IITs.
And no one can interpret the girls' merit list as it depends on how many girls have appeared in the JEE Advanced exam and how they have performed. We cannot predict it through the marks. But honestly 92 marks in JEE Advanced examination I will say don't keep much hope of getting admission into any of the IIT. If you don't clear the cut-off then you won't even be eligible for girl's merit list.
Feel free to ask if you have any more queries. All the best!!
