Hello Aspirant,

MHTCET is conducted for admission in B.E/B.Tech, B.Pharmacy and Agriculture courses in colleges across Maharashtra.

NEET is concocted for admission into MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, veterinary and other medical/paramedical courses in India.

The syllabus of both the exams are different and MHT CET dies not offer medical courses
Since you are preparing  for NEET,you must be aware of its syllabus.
The entrance syllabus of MHT CET includes questions from maths,physics and chemistry whereas NEET does not has any question from Maths.
It has different level of questions from neet.
You will have to prepare separately.
