I put caste as general but in class 12 private confirmation page it shows "ST" what should I do now please help me

As per your query I would suggest you to login with your registration credentials and check for the modify option and then correct the mistake but be careful as the basic information only be modified once. Also I would suggest you to talk to your school authority as they can help you if you are unable to do it. Often the school can request the board for any corrections to be made. And also keep an eye on the updates that might help you.
