In previous years. But it is important to note that cut offs change every year and this year it is going to be noticeably high.
So, the reason for not qualifying in the counselling for AIQ seats maybe that you do not have the enough cutoff for AIQ seats. And in the eligibilty criteria for the counselling process it is clearly mentioned that you have to obtain the minimum cutoff.
