Well if you belong to some reserved category like OBC, SC, ST etc you may still have a chance but if you belong to general category you may not have a chance of getting a government medical college.
Also the case for obc is not much different from general category in some states.
Your domicile matters a lot here. You may have chances in states like Karnataka, etc if you belong to any.
I would suggest you to mention your category and domicile and ask for queries.

Admission to a college depends on several factors.
Two very important factors being your category and the state to which you belong.85 % of the seats are reserved for the native of any state and rest 15 % are left open for candidates from all over india.
You have not given details about either of the above mentioned factors. So it becomes very difficult to predict your college.considering you a general candidate and looking at the past year records then it's impossible for you to get admission in any goverment college .But if you are from a reserved category and have domicile of any state then it might help you.
