I rank 248 in waiting list open category in nee1 2019. Can I get seat?

With your rank of 248 in waiting list with an open category in NEET, I would like to tell you that you don't have very good chances to get any seat as you are already in the waiting list by which most of the seats are already filled and you don't have any reservation,so you will be given opportunity to select much later. So that's why there are little chances.
