I ranked 33773 in wbjee 2021 in general category. Please suggest me which government or best private colleges available for me. please guide me which engineering stream is best for me and for which college I should go . please answer me as soon as possible.

Its Quite difficult to get seat in good government college as you have secured 33773 rank for general Category. If you had belong to any reservation category, you might have some chance. But still don't worry there are some private and autonomous you can apply for admission through you rank.
