First of all let me tell you that IGNOU takes admission and also re - registration process for subsequent years in two cycles or months -
1) January
2) July
---- So since you have completed the re - registration process in November 2021, it means you admission cycle is of July Month.
----- Now for July Cycle Re- registration your assignments have to be submitted by the END OF THE MONTH MARCH.
