Your question is not clear. Do you mean to ask whether you can write NEET exam after completing 12 th standard ? If it is so then you can't write NEET exam if you have studies or studing PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics).
PCMB students can write NEET exam as well as JEE Mains and JEE Advanced. If you have biology as optional subject then you can write both IIT JEE and NEET but you need to cover additional subjects. With only PCM then you are eligible to write only JEE Mains and JEE Advanced but not NEET exam.
