First of all I would like to tell you that you cannot prepare for bank manner directly after 12th. You will have to complete your graduation first. In the meanwhile of graduation you can prepare for the bank.

Next very important thing is that you cannot directly become a bank manager it is a very high post . People become bank manager only after promotion and experience.

You can apply for various posts in any bank . The highest post for which you can apply in the bank is of a P.O.

So you should follow the procedure for becoming the probationary officer (PO) .

It requires English, maths, reasoning, general knowledge and computer.

(Very important thing that it is a competitive exam, so only top students get selected.)

Most of the subjects like Maths and English are of basic level that of 10th and 12th.

For English you will have to start reading English newspaper daily along with English magazines. Also you will have to improve your vocabulary and English power so that you can write answers in a standard and attractive manner.

For General Knowledge also you will have to read newspaper daily and see general information available on different websites and apps.buy weekly current affairs books.

For reasoning there are so many books and sample papers available in market also they are also available on internet. For reasoning you will have to practice a lot to improve it.

For preparing and improving your maths the best way is to take the math books of 10th 11th and 12th and  study them from the very beginning and from the basic level. Solve all of them as many times as you can

For computer you will have to join classes and study the books recommended for it.

Now the most important thing. You will have to take classes of banking . There you will find many other students preparing for this courses from them you can get more idea about the procedure and course.

There are so many coaching available for banking and competitive exams . you will have to choose a better coaching centre. Ask from the students already studying there and decide fairly.

Make a very strict time table and follow it sincerely.
