I read in chse board for class 12 but didnt gave the exam due to some medical issues & joined isc board & read 11,12th again, am i eligible?

You won't be having any problems in giving the exam
Since there is no age limit , there is nothing to worry.
Keep the 12th marks in hand and remember that 50% criteria ..
