As per your mentioned query no, you can not write NDA examination while studying in 11 class.
According to UPSC eligibility criteria for NDA examination the candidate should have passed or appearing in class 12.
Eligibility criteria for NDA examination 2023
- NDA 1 2023 age limit is that candidates should be born not earlier than July 2, 2003, and not later than July 1, 2006
- NDA 2 2023 age limit, candidates must have born not earlier than January 2, 2004, and not later than January 1, 2007
- The commission will accept the date of birth that is entered into Class 10 or 12 certificates
- Candidates need to submit these certificates after the declaration of the result of the written exam
- NDA age limit for girl is 16.5 to 19.5 years
- Candidates who are appearing in Class 12 or equivalent examination can apply as per NDA exam eligibility
- Candidates appearing in Class 11 exam are not eligible
- There is no NDA eligibility 12th percentage. Candidates who have passed Class 12 or equivalent exam can apply for the exam.

The age limit to apply for NDA exam is 16-19. 12th passed or appearing for 12th standard exam are eligible to apply. The students can join to Indian Navy, Indian Airforce, and Indian Army . After completing the graduation there, you will be selected to Army, Navy, and Airforce.
