I read in the latest ugc circular that if there will be no online teaching in the month of July there will be only offline teaching next complete academic year how true is this

Hello aspirant
It is not yet decided by central board of Education, how the schools will be operated or regarding online studies. Earlier it was said that schools will reopen in July but due to rapidly increasing case of Covid 19, schools and educational institutions will remain closed till further notice. So there's no chance for offline studies . We will have to wait for updates.
