No, it's not true.SPA Delhi consideres JEE Mains Paper two score into consideration, and not NATA scores. You will have to apply for the same through JoSSA.
Colleges that take admission thorugh NATA score are Sir J.J. college of architecutre, DY Patil college of architecutre,CEPT University,Sushant school of Acollege of art and architecutre, Sinhgad college of architecutre, School of Architecture(R.V. college of engineering), SRM University, Faculty of Architecture(Jamia Milia Islamia), Manipal University.
Colleges taking admission through JEE Mains Paper-2 are MANIT, NIT (Calicut,Hamirpur,Patna, Rourkela, Tiruchirapally,Raipur), MNIT,VNIT, SPA(Delhi, Bhopal, Vijaywada),SMVDU,etc.

I have seen that No Nata scores are required for Spa delhi for admission process..but other agriculture colleges uses the nata score for admissions I.P University, USAP, gateway college, MBBS, etc...
For spa delhi admission no nata scores are required..

SPA Delhi will provide admission based on the score obtained in Paper 2 of JEE Mains 2019.
All the candidates who qualify this exam will have to go through JoSSA counselling.
They will have to register for counselling and choose SPA Delhi as their preferred college.
Students will have to lock the seat before the deadline.
Once the seat is allocated, they have to accept it which is followed by the fee payment and document verification.
Last year, the opening rank was 7 and the closing rank was 555 for general category candidates.
