I received 96.75% this year in 12th boards. Can I get in the top colleges of Delhi university for BA sociology hons

You do not mention your category. So I am assuming that you belong to general category.

It is very difficult to predict the college but according to you,  you  got 96.75% in class 12. There is  chance to get admission in Delhi university for B.A. (Hons) Sociology. According to the previous year, the  cutoff of B.A. Hons) Sociology in different colleges of Delhi University such as

Miranda House   98.5,

Lady Shri Ram College  99.25,

Janki Devi Memorial College 90,

Maitreyi College  94,
