I received msg that " Your documents have been verified by the verification officer " but I'm trying to re-upload my documents it was showing ur are not eligible to re-upload. Can you please help me out??

Hope you are doing well. If your documents have been already verified then what is the need to upload them all over again. If the verifying officer has checked your documents and verified them then they won't enable you to do the same process again. You will be allowed to re-upload any document if any query is raised by them.
