Hello,
I would suggest you to look  at MSc food instead of MBA. A MBA student does get job but it may not be of your choice leading to dissatisfied career. There stand a good scope in food tech. If you chose to be in this sector by your choice, stick to it. If you yet do not know what you like or if you do not like what you studied in bachelors then go for MBA. Also M.Sc+ NET is the route for education as assistant professor or JRF. M.SC + PH.d will lead you to research where you can innovate and work in labs. MBA is to enter the corporate world and manage the assigned role in companies may be with Biotechnology related sectors. Jobs will be available in all but salary depends on your skill set and experience.
Hope it helps
