I register aiims 2019 but didnot get sms my mail id coud not open ,pls help me to get my register id & password in this mailid

some time techinical error happens you cant wait till it get fixed i suggest you to go give a try for other mail id and phone number to a faster mode of work that might fix your issue or else if want with same email id contact the AIIMs technical department from site
