i registered for aiims bsc nursing Honours but i didn't receive password on email and mobile and not even on spam ? so what shall i do?

As you have not received the required details yet,so you may register freshly (during basic registration ) or contact their helpdesk at aiims.bscmsc@gmail.com and see if they can help you with this.
Try sending them a mail stating your concern as early as possible.
