if you did not pay the fees of counseling then you will not be considered as registered candidate for thecounseling unytil and unless you pay the ocunseling fees. all the best have a great future ahead.

It is quite obvious that until and unless you do the payment you would not be registered. Nothing could be done now in this aspect.
