I REGISTERED IN CTET, BUT AT THE TIME OF FILLING OF APPLICATION FORM, DUE TO BAD NETWORK SITE CLOSED. NOW IA MA TRYING AGAIN BUT THERE IS A MESSAGE THAT THE CANDIDATE IS REGISTERED. PLEASE HELP HOW TO FILL THE APPLICATION FORM.

Either you can try to login with user id and password that they would have mailed on the email id you have provided . And if you are not able to login again and have not paid any money yet then you cam try signing up with a different email id and phone number.
