Choices selected by you in first round of counselling will not affect the choice of colleges that you are willing to fill in second round of counselling. Both are independent of each other.
You can fill choice according to your marks and preferences. Please note that choice filling for second round of counselling has started. You should complete the procedure within time limit.

In second round, the Rs.205000 amount is the security deposite that you have to give(5000 for govt + 200000 for deemed university) as you must be selecting both govt and deemed university option in choices.
For second round, security deposite will be refunded only if you donot get any seat during counselling.
