Hello Raghubir
The state selected for 15% All India Quota has no bearing on the student’s admission process since admissions to 15% All India Quota seats doesn’t have any domicile requirements. So, you can fill any of the state in 15% state eligiiblity. You should mention the state where your permanent address is located or where you fulfill the 85% domicile criteria.
Now, eligibility criteria for admission to state quota seats in both the states is as follows
UTTRAKHAND- Candidates applying for Uttarakhand MBBS admissions should fulfill either of the following domicile criteria
1. Candidates who are Domicile/Permanent residents of Uttarakhand and have passed both Class 10 and 12 from a recognized educational institution in Uttarakhand.
2. Candidates who are not Domicile/Permanent residents of Uttarakhand but have passed Class 10 and 12 from a recognized educational institution in Uttarakhand. These candidates are not entitled to any reservations.
3. Candidates who are Domicile/Permanent residents of Uttarakhand but have passed Class 10 and 12 from a recognized educational institution outside of Uttarakhand.
DELHI- For admission to state quota seats in Delhi, candidate must complete Class 12 from a recognized school located within National Capital Territory and from a recognized board such as CBSE/ICSE/JMI.
So, you are eligible for state quota seats in Uttarakhand as you are the domicile of that state. For Delhi, you should have completed class 12th from Delhi only.
Good luck!
