i saw NEET2020 last year paper in gujarati.It should be a bilingual paper consisting of english alongside gujarati but had only gujarati. bcz of this i am not sure about whether i should go for a hindi medium [english+hindi] or not.Was the paper not official or such problem could happen on exam day?

Where did you see last year Gujarti neet question paper?

It is not possible to have Gujarati  in Gujarati only , it is possible that the website  from where you downloaded question paper had removed the English part .

This is because,

Neet examination is conducted in following languages

*Assamese

*Bengali

*English

*Gujarati

*Hindi

*Kannada

*Marathi

*Oriya

*Tamil

*Telugu

*Urdu

*Malayalam

*Punjabi

When one selects English as the medium of his or her question paper then his or her Neet examination question paper is in English language only.

But yes,

When one selects any language other than English as the medium for his or her NEET examination then he or she gets the bilingual neet question paper means question paper is in both the language i.e selected by him or her and English by default

So ,

Without any doubt you can choose Hindi as the medium or the language for your Neet question paper

if you select Hindi as the medium of your neet question paper then you will get your question paper will be bilingual i. e it will be in both Hindi and English .
