Hello,
Considering the previous year cut off it is difficult to get seat in government medical college in MBBS under 15% AIQ. Candidates belonging to SC category with score 465 and above secured seat in GMC in MBBS across India under 15% AIQ. Here is the list of few GMCs and the cut off marks SC category in 2019
So you need to score minimum 480 or above to have decent chances of getting seat in a college as the cut off is expected to be slightly higher this year. Cut off depends on number of candidates qualified difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.
