You haven't mentioned whether you have the Minority reservation or not. Because in 2019, for Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences,  531 marks was the cut off under Management Quota. And 519 was the cut off for Muslim Minority Category. In such case, 221 becomes a very less score. You might apply in Stray Vacancy round but the chances are borderline. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
