The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.

Now coming to you query, there are good chances to get to you seat in government college of haryana because every year the cut-offs changes and going through it one thing is clear that for an SC candidate the marks should be more than 300 ateast so chances are good.
