As per last years cutoff, getting a MBBS seat in government college in Maharashtra through AIQ and State Quota is not possible. Your score is not enough. Also the cutoff is expected to rise this year.

On such marks and category you have very low chances of getting any of the GMCs according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the lowest cut-off marks was 421 for Government Medical College and Hospital, Jalgaon under state quota for OBC category.
