NEET 2025: Syllabus | Most Scoring concepts | NEET PYQ's (2015-24)
Hello,
To be eligible for NEET you must have scored 50% aggregate in qualifying exam if you belong to general category.Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC-NCL must have scored 40% aggregate and for PWD it is 45% aggregate.Rounding off percentage is not allowed. So if you belong to general category you are not eligible.if you belong to reserved category you are eligible.
The eligibility criteria states that the candidate must have secured atleast 50% marks in class 12th in PCB and english subject combinations from a recognised Board of education. This is for general category. But, if you belong to any reserved category- PWD- minimum marks required is 45%. For OBC or ST or SC category the minimum marks required is 40%.
If you fall under any if this, you are eligibile, else not.
Hope this helps.
Good luck!
