Hello

Sorry but the chances of getting a govt medical college with these marks seems to be low as Bihar cutoff goes high according to the previous year cutoff so you might get a private college rather than govt. The chances are low if you belong to general category However if you come under sc or st category you have good chances of getting a seat with these marks.  Here is a link  you can go through for better understanding
