In 2019, the least marks required to secure a GMC seat for OBC Category under state quota was 575 marks for GMC, Bettiah in Bihar, hence it's difficult to secure a GMC with your given marks, you should explore other options of private colleges or deemed universities.
This is purely based on previous year data, cut-offs are subjective to change every year based on multiple factors like seat matrix, marks obtained in exam, toughness level of paper, total number of candidates participating in the exam etc.
