Now,having OBC category reservation I would like to suggest you to go through this link for more information about previous years cutoffs in the college though it is important to note that this year the cutoff is skyhigh https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off-for-government-colleges
So,previous year the cutoff score for MGIMS wardha was 597 and rank was 8486, so based on this you seem to have less chances through AIQ seats, but if you have Maharastra domicile ghen you can go through the 85%state quota seats reserved for OBC students and have better chances.
I will also like you to follow the college predictor tool for your better understanding https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
Congratulations on qualifying NEET.
Yes I believe having a score of 570 and secondly having OBC Advantage you can get yourself alloted at MGIMS Wardha in All India Quota. The cutoff last year was 552, and is expected to decrease since all Top Medical Institutes like AIIMS amd JIPMER are also considering NEET Score, hence the pool of institutes are much larger, this time.
MGIMS Wardha has excellent infrastructure, faculty and hospital facilities and provides excellent medical education. Do keep an eye on the State and Government Counselling Procedure and Dates.
