Hello aspirant...
You didn't mention your category and which college do you want to join.If you are from general/obc category then your percentile is much low to qualify the mains.Therefore on the basis of this you cannot get anyNITs, IIITS,GFTIs,CFTIs.You may get private college on the basis of the mains marks and previous academic performance but not better private colleges.I suggest you that you should not join private college now ,you should try to do better in April mains so that you may get government college.

It is is difficult to get good College in Bangalore by this percentile score you should get below 40000 rank as per previous years cutoff.
.
Your expected rank is 284289 by using your percentile score I predited the rank .but better to give attempt to April jEE mains exam to improve your percentile score.
.
