Welcome to Careers360!
Based on your percentile Your rank would be around 40,000.
On basis of this rank You can not get admission in good NITs unless you fall into any catogary.
You can get admission in NITs which are ranked lower like Sikkim,AP...You can get admission in IIITs like Raipur, Ranchi,Una e.t.c.
You can get GFTIs easily.
Note: You will get NITs and IIITs in Spot round only.
If you are satisfied with these colleges then prepare for Boards. If you want more Then prepare for both.
Be clear that while preparing for Boards .You will learn Chemistry of Mains level. For maths R.D sharma ( NCERT First)will help you for Mains level And for physics Go through H.C verma ( If you have time)
By this way you will score good in Mains as well as Boards.
Keep it in mind that don't underestimate the boards as 75% is compulsory for JEE.
Hope It helps.
hi rithika,
definitely you should prepare for your board exams.jee mains also important but you should give more preference to your board exam only.you're saying that you scored 95.12% in jan session jee mains,so next session exam also will be easy to you.dont worry about jee mains, concentrate on your board only.if your strong enough in your board syllabus and subjects, that is also enough for your jee mains preparation.it is my suggestion only, the decision is upto you.if you're wanna do prepare for both exams simulataneously, then refer this link:
